Palikkaranskis

Mainitsin edellisessä postauksessa ensimmäisten juhlakynsieni menneen penkin alle, mutta tässä ne nyt kuitenkin olisivat näytillä. Hassua, että kynnet ei kuvassa mun mielestä näytä yhtään romukoppakamalta, mutta silti ne eivät vain tuntuneet hyvältä. Lakkauksen tehtyäni huomasin miettiväni, että 'onko nämä nyt kivat vai ei', ja sellaiset ajatukset viittaa siihen, että kannattaa suosiolla tehdä uudet. Tämä lakkaus ei kai sitten vain ollut minun juttuni. Kynnet olisivat kyllä sopineet mekkooni paremmin kuin edellisessä postauksessa esittelemäni, sillä mekkoni oli musta oranssein ja valkoisin kuvioin.

Tein kynsille liukuvärjäyksen oranssilla ja siihen päälle lakkasin mustalla ja tummanruskea-harmaa-violetti-millä-lieneellä (vaikka eroa kahden värin välillä tuskin huomasi) palikoita, jotka rajasin valkoisella nail art -lakalla. Oman aikansa kynsien kimpussa sai väkertää, varsinkin kun mun valkoinen nail art -lakka on mennyt hirveäksi liisteriksi, vaikka oonkin uhrannut siihen litratolkulla ohentajaa. :P

Sen enempää sanottavaa mulla ei kynsistä taida ollakaan. Idea oli mielestäni hyvä, mutta kuten jo sanoin, kynnet ei vain jostain syystä olleet mun juttu. Miltä lakkaus näyttää teidän silmään?

This was the first and failed party nail attempt I mentioned in the previous post. I don't think there was anything wrong with these nails, I just didn't feel comfortable wearing them. In the picture they look rather nice so I don't know why I had a problem with them. I just found myself wondering whether they were ok or not, and that's something I shouldn't be thinking about so I decided to remove the manicure right after photographing it.

I created the nails by making an orange gradient manicure and then painting black and dark brown/grey/purple/i really don't know/-ish blocks over it. The brownish polish is Color Club's Rad Nomad in case you want to google it to see the colour. In this manicure it didn't stand out next to the black though, and they looked almost like the same colour. Lastly I lined the blocks with white nail art polish.

I don't really have anything else to say about this manicure. I removed it right after taking the photos because like I said it just was just too far from my comfort zone. I think the idea was nice, though. So what do you think, hot or not?
